For experts who want an inbound system without burning out on content
Make the 5 video assets that pre-sell you before your sales calls.
60 days. Just me and you, every week.
We find the gap only you can fill, then turn it into five videos that do your convincing before anyone books a call.
No weekly posting. No going viral. No becoming a full time creator.
Founding rate, 5 spots.

You're not skeptical that content works. You're skeptical that it works when you do it.
Everything you'd say feels like it's already been said.
The most valuable thing you could talk about is usually the thing you dismiss as normal. The reorg. The failed launch. The reason you stopped taking equity. It doesn't feel like marketing, it feels like you talking about your life, so you skip it.
You can't fix this one alone. You're too close to your own story to see it.
Sixty ideas in Notion, none filmed. Every video is nine decisions and six hours, against a client deliverable due Thursday.
So it dies around week five. This is the third restart.
Someone watches, nods, and closes the tab. Nothing was asked of them. They're gone and you'll never know they existed.
Every client you have came from someone who already knew you. That felt like a superpower for a while.
Now it's a ceiling with a countdown on it.
Make these five first. They pre-sell you 24/7, for years.
Everything you make afterwards, a LinkedIn post, a short, a podcast appearance, points back at these five. Those are the ones doing the selling. The rest just drives traffic to them.
So what you walk away with isn't five videos. It's a system that positions you as the only person who does what you do, running whether or not you publish again.
The big names sell you a cohort that costs more than this. You get forty other people on the Zoom and a coach you might get two minutes with.
This is $3,000 and it's just me and you. Nine calls, sixty minutes each, plus DM access on weekdays.
Do the math on that. Twenty plus hours of direct time works out at $150 an hour. You bill $200 to $350. You'd be paying me half your own rate to fix the thing that fills your pipeline.
I burned $15,000 on famous coaches and barely got to speak to the guy. I priced this at what I wish that had cost.
Rough guideline. Everyone moves at different paces.
Week 1Find the gap only you can fill.
A 90 minute recorded session where I pull out the material you're too close to see. You talk, I dig.
Prove it's yours, then name it.
First I test the angle against the people already competing for that attention. You get a verdict, not a menu: go, tweak, or kill. If a competitor could publish it, it's cut.
Then we write the one liner you can say at a dinner party that makes people lean in. It goes on your LinkedIn headline, your site, your email signature.
Week 3Lock the five.
Five video assets, engineered to be binged. You don't burn out deciding what to make, because I pick and finalise the five with you.
Week 4Film all five in one morning.
One session, me on the call while you record. No scripts. One take, twenty minutes each. All you need is your phone.
Package them so the right people click.
Every title, thumbnail and first fifteen seconds reviewed before you publish, not after. Then the first one goes live.
Week 6Put them in front of people who already know you.
Fifty specific people. Old clients, former colleagues, the proposal that went quiet last year. Each video is the reason to get back in touch without it feeling like asking for work.
No YouTube coach teaches this, because they're all optimising for strangers.
Week 7Give the watchers somewhere to go.
One page, one email field, three follow up emails. Same ask at the end of every video, pointing at the same place. Built once.
Week 8Repurpose the five on LinkedIn.
Four posts from each video. Twenty posts, on the platform where your buyer already knows your name.
Locked for life. It goes to $4,000, then $5,000.
Start on 17 August and your five are live before the end of October, while your buyers are still setting next year's budgets.
Five spots isn't a tactic. I hold five clients at a time and each runs sixty days. It's the honest math of my week.

If the first session doesn't give you something you didn't have before, tell me by day five since payment and I'll refund you in full.
And if you do the work and we're not at five published assets on day 60, I keep going at no cost for an additional 60 days.
Why five days and not thirty? Stripe holds your payment for two weeks before it reaches my bank. Inside five days I can return it cleanly. After that I'd be refunding you out of money I haven't received.
I was an engineer, laid off three times. So I started a YouTube channel to escape, chased views, landed sponsors, burned $15k on gurus. It brought numbers, not clients.
Then I noticed the quiet videos, where I just told a story about my business, were the ones booking calls. That's what I do now.
254 videos later, about 80% of my clients come from people finding me, with no ad spend.
I'm not a guru and I won't pretend to have arrived. I'm a long way ahead of you on this one thing, and I'll show you my whole working.
If you've been telling yourself "I'll batch it in January" or "I need a proper mic first" or "I'll start when things are quieter", things are never quieter.
Every month without the five is another month where every sales call starts from zero.
Founding rate, 5 spots. Next starts 17 and 31 August.
