You need ten videos that do the selling for you. Built with you, one video at a time.
They sell you before the call, so the right clients arrive already decided. No viral. No daily posting. No chasing subscribers.
That's what Niche-Famous is. One-to-one, over 3 months, we take the positioning that already works for you offline and turn it into a YouTube channel that brings the right people to you. Famous to the 5,000 who matter, invisible to everyone else. About one video a week, built around your business and your kids.
Founding rate. Only 5 one-to-one spots.
This isn't a course you watch alone, or a group call where you're one of fifty. It's just you and me, every week, for three months. One asset at a time, so it never gets overwhelming. You bring the expertise. I bring the path.
You've probably been meaning to start this for a while now. Most people in my world have. The difference between the ones who do and the ones who don't isn't talent, or time, or better gear. It's having someone in your calendar every week who asks what you published.
You've listened to too many people who don't do what you do. One says chase viral. One says post daily. One says let AI make everything. So you copy a bit from each, your content starts sounding like someone else, and the whole thing becomes exhausting.
Here's what I hear all the time. A long list of video ideas they can't bring themselves to film. A fear of the whole complexity: not knowing where to start, what to say, or what a thumbnail even needs to look like. The overwhelm that quietly turns into months of silence.
None of it is a knowledge problem. It's a clarity problem and an overwhelm problem. That's what I fix. And you'll hear it from my clients further down, in their own words.
And most people can't see what makes them different. Not because they don't have it, but because they're too close to their own stories.
The most valuable thing you could talk about is usually the thing you dismiss as "normal": the hard-won lesson, the unusual path, the story you never told because you assumed nobody would care. Everyone else sees it as extraordinary. You can't, because it's yours.
That's what I help with. I find the angle you can't see, and the gap in your market only you can fill. It's the thing my clients say surprised them most.
This is why copying someone else's viral video never works. Their edge only works because it's theirs. I find the one that's already yours.
Three stages, in order. Here's exactly what we do, and when.
The first few days
You're already the expert. Your positioning works in the room, on sales calls, in referrals. It just hasn't been translated for YouTube, which plays by different rules. That part is my job, not yours, and it's quick.
In the Superpower Gap intensive we find the one angle only you can own: the story you're too close to see, the gap only you can fill. Like Hany, the KonMari consultant we positioned around decluttering meets personal finance, in Malay. Nobody else was doing it, and her content finally flowed.
The heart of the three months, about one video a week
All you need is your phone. We publish your first 10 videos, roughly one a week, and I personally review every hook, title, thumbnail and script. You'll sound like you, not a LinkedIn robot. On camera without the cringe. AI is the accelerant, your earned edge is the moat.
Ten videos do one job: they presell you. By the time someone books a call, they've watched you for an hour and already decided. You spend the call on fit and scope, not proving yourself. That's the part that shows up in your revenue.
Done right, this is the payoff. A prospect books a call, and the first thing they say is:
"I've already watched half your videos. I'm not here to be sold. I just want to know if we're a fit."
Set up once, early, then it runs
Views don't pay the bills. Early on we build one simple funnel that turns viewers into subscribers, then clients, and connect it to your videos so every upload keeps working long after you publish. Build it once. Then feed it.
You'll compare me with the big names. So let me draw the whole map. The industry has found two ways to remove itself from you. I sit between them.
One end: the famous coaches. Huge followings, seven-figure businesses. And you barely get to speak to them. You get their course. Modules to watch alone, maybe a group call where you're one of fifty. But you didn't come for a course. You came for access to the person. I know. I burned $15,000 on famous coaches and barely got to speak to the guy. Fifteen grand to be one of fifty on a call. He was too far removed to remember what starting from nothing feels like.
Other end: a newer trick. Coaches who pour their knowledge into a GPT and hand you the bot. You "talk to the coach." Except it's AI wearing their face. Clever. Scalable. Still not what you're paying for. When it matters, you want a human who sees your channel, your fear, your messy first draft, and responds like someone who cares.
When you pay to work with me, you work with me. On the call, every week, for three months. I'm only a couple of steps ahead of you, close enough to remember exactly what you're going through. We use AI to make the work lighter. But AI will never replace me. You're not buying a course, or a chatbot. You're buying a guide who shows up.
One deeper difference. The big creators are still playing the viral game: chasing views, not a brand that attracts clients. I build the second thing: a channel you'd be proud to own. The kind where if your worst enemy, your old boss, or your mum found your videos, you wouldn't cringe. You'd be proud.
You're a consultant, coach or expert with an offer that already works. Probably solo. Probably building this around a family and a business that already needs you.
You want a calmer, higher-leverage way to be found. You'll publish a minimum of one video a week, and enjoy it.
Not for you if you want to go viral, chase subscriber counts, or become a full-time creator. That's a different game.
The 3 months of weekly 1:1 is the heavy lifting: refining your positioning, your first 10 videos, your lead engine, your workflow. When it ends, my 1:1 access ends with it. By design. My job isn't to make you dependent on me. It's to leave you with:
Want me in your corner longer? There's an option to renew. Only if it's still serving you.
3 months of one-to-one Done-With-You work, then lifetime community support. This is the founding rate, locked in for life. It goes to $5,000 once the first five are taken, a $2,000 jump you never pay if you're in now.
I spent $15,000 on famous coaches and rarely got to speak to them. This is $3,000 to work directly with me, every week, for three months. One new client usually covers it several times over.
And the five spots aren't a marketing tactic. I'm a dad running this from home, around my kids (you'll see them further down). Five one-to-one clients is genuinely all I can give the attention this deserves. When they're gone, the doors close until one opens. Every month you wait is another month your competitor is the one getting found on YouTube.
I won't promise you'll go viral or land clients in 30 days. Anyone who does is lying. Here's what I will promise: we don't start unless I'm genuinely confident I can help you. If I'm not, I'll tell you on the call, and you pay nothing. You'll still need to think, create and publish. I can't want it more than you do. But you'll never pay me to find out we're a bad fit.
So I started a personal-finance YouTube channel to escape. I chased views, landed sponsors, burned $15k on gurus. It brought numbers, not clients. Then I noticed the quiet videos, where I just told a story about my business, were the ones booking calls.
That's what I do now. A work-from-home dad building this from Malaysia, helping experts package what they already know into content that gets them known by the right people. Not just watched.
It's also why clients pick me. As one put it: "You have children, so you know what our life's like: making videos with a noisy house, a messy house, a messy mind." I get it, because I'm doing it too.
And it's the honest reason I only take five people at a time. This is my real life, kids and all. Five one-to-one clients is genuinely all I can give the attention this deserves. Not fake scarcity. Just the math of my week.
Not for exclusivity, but because this is a high-touch partnership and I can only take a few at a time.
1. Submit an application to work together.
2. If it looks like a fit, we jump on a discovery call about your business and goals.
3. If we're both confident, I onboard you personally and we start building. If I don't think I can help you, I'll say so on the call.
A few more experts who found their angle and got moving. Press play on any of them.
