Cohort 1 · 7 Dec to 24 Jan

Publish 2 YouTube videos a week. No teleprompter. No fancy editing.

A 6-week cohort for coaches and consultants who already sell an offer, are done with short-form, and keep stalling on YouTube because scripting, recording and editing take over their week.

One payment. 10 seats. Doors close Mon 7 Dec.

Sound familiar?

One video takes you a whole week, so the business stops while you make it.

You write a full script, then sound like you're reading it. Or your mind goes blank the second you hit record.

The tutorials want retention edits, B-roll and a cut every three seconds. You have clients to look after.

You published a few. Then client work got busy and the channel went quiet.

You don't need a teleprompter or an editor. You need a loop small enough to run twice on a busy week.

Is this for you?

Yes, if you

  • Already sell a coaching, consulting or mentorship offer
  • Get most of your current clients from referrals or ads
  • Are done with short-form content and want to build an asset on YouTube
  • Have tried YouTube before, but stalled

Not yet, if you

  • Don't have an offer or paying clients yet
  • Want to go viral or chase subscriber counts
  • Want someone else to edit for you
  • Can't block time for two videos a week for 6 weeks
The video loop: idea bank, choose idea and packaging, plan with a bullet-point script, record with slide and pause, light edit, thumbnail and intro, publish, what did you learn, then back to the idea bank. The workflow

Every video goes round the same loop.

Most people don't quit at the idea. They quit in the middle, where a full script turns into a stiff recording, and the recording turns into a weekend of editing.

The cohort makes that middle small. You plan with bullet points instead of a script, record with a slide and a one-second pause instead of a teleprompter, and do a light edit you can finish in one sitting.

What you get

Short step-by-step lessons

Typically under 10 minutes each. Watch them in week 1, then come back to the one you need whenever you get stuck.

Weekly live calls

Bring the video you're stuck on. Get unstuck on the call, not three weeks later.

A private Skool group

Invite only. Questions answered between calls, and a weekly check-in where everyone posts what they published.

Feel less alone

You work alongside other business owners going after the same thing as you, so you're not figuring it out by yourself at 10pm.

Who's running it

Hi, I'm Helmi.

I've been making YouTube videos since 2018. That's my whole setup in the photo: one small camera, one mic, a desk in my bedroom in Kuala Lumpur, and my two kids on the other side of the door. If a video took me a whole week, I'd have quit years ago.

The recording method in this cohort is the one from my no-teleprompter video, which 93,000 people have watched. A bullet-point plan, a slide, and a one-second pause. This cohort is that loop, handed over.

The do-the-work guarantee

Do these three things. If you're still not publishing 2 videos a week by the end of week 6, I'll refund the full $247.

  1. Finish the week 1 lessons and post your idea bank in the group by Sun 13 Dec.
  2. Post your check-in in the group every week: what you published, and where you got stuck.
  3. Publish at least one video every week from week 2, holiday week aside.

Email me by Sun 31 Jan with a link to your check-ins. Changing your mind, or stopping halfway, isn't covered.

Questions

Do I need a teleprompter or new gear?

No. Your phone or laptop camera is enough. You'll record from a bullet-point plan and a slide, so there's nothing to read off a screen.

How much time does this take?

Plan on a few hours per video while you're learning the loop. It gets quicker every round, which is the point of doing it twice a week.

I've never published a video. Is this for me?

Probably not yet. This cohort is for business owners who have tried YouTube and stalled. If you're starting from zero, join the waitlist and start with the free starter kit.

What about the holidays?

The week of 28 Dec has no call and no videos due. Rest, or bank an extra recording.

What if I miss a call?

Every call is recorded and posted in the Skool group, and you can ask your question there before or after.

What happens after week 6?

You keep the lessons and the loop. If you want 1:1 help after the cohort, ask me inside the group.

Start 2027 with two videos a week already going out.

Cohort 1 starts Mon 7 Dec. 10 seats.
